Women Beauty Health Tips: How to Get Beautiful Legs.
1. Shapely legs: If you have legs on heavier side, you need to start daily exercise routine to loss the extra fat. Even in case you do not have heavy legs, you still need to do exercises, specifically for your legs, to tone up your leg muscles and have them in perfect shape. We recommend following exercises for you to have shapely legs. Select the ones, as per your choice.
- Squatting.
- Running / Jogging.
- Walking.
- Cycling.
- Jumping with a jump rope.
- Weight lifting. For this we advise you to consult a trainer for the correct weights and reps. We advise less weight and more reps to tone up your leg muscles.
- Aerobics.
2. Slim and beautiful legs: If you feel embarrassed about your heavy legs and thighs, you need to be careful about what foods you eat. Avoid foods that contain high sugar, fats and calories, as they result into storing of excess fats and ruining shape of your body including legs. So cut down drastically on such foods to have slim and shapely legs.
3. Hair less Smooth Legs: Hairy legs are a nightmare for any woman. Select any method of your choice to get rid of hair on your legs. You can go for laser hair removal. If you are tight on budget, consider alternative methods, like waxing, shaving or depilatory creams. Shaving can result into nicks and cuts, as well as drier skin. So use a good shaving gel and a good quality razor. In case you shave your legs, take care to moisturize your legs right after shaving to avoid razor burn or bumps and dry skin. Many women prefer waxing over shaving their legs.
4. Legs Massage: Consider doing an herbal oil massage on your legs at least once a week to have pretty legs and glowing skin. Also if you can do, wash your legs with an herbal or a mild soap when you return home from your office in the evening and apply an herbal moisturizer right after that.
5. Foot bath: You can also try foot bath for your legs once in a month. Take a bucket of lukewarm water, mix a little shampoo in to it and add two to three drops of oil. Immerse your half of legs into the lukewarm water for about half an hour. Thereafter, clean your legs gently using a pumice stone or scrubber. Moisturize your legs immediately after that.

7. Keep your legs moisturized: Moisturizers keep your legs soft, smooth and free of flaky skin. Consider using a moisturizer that contains skin-tightening properties. Apply it whenever you get time and especially after each shower to get beautiful legs. It also helps to maintain your tan.
8. Other useful tips on “how to get beautiful legs”:
- Try to avoid standing for long hours at your work or home; this can result into the varicose veins to appear.
- Do not let your legs sun burn too much. Always use sunscreen of at least SPF 30 when tanning.
- Too much tanning is harmful for your skin, including your legs.
- Consult a dermatologist if you have consistent problems of pimples, blemishes and visible veins on your legs.
- Wearing high heels can cause your calves to become more muscular and look less graceful.
- Legs with a little color (tan) look better than whitish or pale legs.
